The star ingredient in this detox bath recipe is the bentonite clay. Bentonite clay is a natural substance formed by volcanic ash, and it’s highly absorbent.
It’s also negatively charged, which means it can absorb and remove positively charged substances from the body, such as heavy metals and other toxins and impurities.
In fact, clay baths have been used for centuries to help promote overall wellness and detox the body because it’s a very potent detoxifier. Bentonite clay baths are typically used to help remove heavy metals from the body and free radical damage.
I’m also adding organic bicarbonate soda to this recipe, it also has cleansing and detoxifying properties that help to boost your immune system. It’s also very alkalizing to the body.

How to use our Bath Soak?
• Add 2 to 4 cups to a warm (not hot) bath and soak for minimum 15 to 20 minutes to wash away your worries.
